Booking a family photo shoot is simple and quick! All you have to do is contact us and let us know your wishes regarding the photo shoot. After receiving your inquiry, we will send you a contract, which will state all the details, including the date and location.
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to:
✔ Sign the contract – this ensures that all conditions are clearly defined.
✔ Pay an advance of 50% of the total price of the photo shoot – this guarantees your chosen date.
✔ The remainder of the amount is settled on the day of the photo shoot.
It is best to book your appointment at least 1–2 months in advance, as this allows you to choose the date and time that suits you best. Early booking ensures that you have enough time to prepare – from choosing clothes to coordinating the schedules of all family members.
But if you decide at the last minute, don’t worry! We often have free appointments available, especially during the week when the schedule is more flexible. If you need a quick reservation, contact us and we will be happy to help you find a suitable date.
Nature is unpredictable, so we always monitor the weather forecast before your outdoor photo shoot. If we expect rain, strong wind or unsuitable weather conditions, we will contact you in time and together we will find the best solution.
✔ Possibility to reschedule the appointment – In case of bad weather, we will reschedule the photo shoot to another date that suits you.
✔ Alternative locations – If you wish, we can carry out the photo shoot in our photo studio, where we ensure perfect lighting and a comfortable environment.
We carry out studio family photography in our photo studio in Ljubljana, at the address Tbilisijska 83a. The studio has top equipment, carefully selected backgrounds and various accessories that ensure perfect photos in a comfortable environment.
If you decide on outdoor photography, we choose the location together, according to your wishes and style of photography. We photograph all over Slovenia, from picturesque parks and city streets to natural landscapes, which create a wonderful backdrop for your family memories.
After the photo shoot, we will send you a link to preview all the photos, where you can choose the ones you want to have professionally processed.
✔ Selection of photos – You will receive access to a gallery where you can choose your favorite shots.
✔ Photo processing – After receiving your selection, we need up to 14 days to carefully process the photos and add the final artistic touch to them.
✔ Final delivery – After processing is complete, we will send you a link to a private gallery, where you will receive the photos in high resolution. You can download, share with your loved ones or print them for lasting memories.
We do not send unprocessed photos, as we believe that professional processing is key to the final look and quality of each shot. Our processing includes adjusting colors, tones and artistic finishing, which ensures that each photo reaches its full potential.
If you want additional photos that were not included in your package, you can order them for processing. We will be happy to prepare additional shots that will suit your wishes and preserve the most beautiful moments in perfect quality.
Your privacy is extremely important to us, so we never publish your photos without your written permission. Each photo is your personal memory, which we respect and protect.

Of course! Outdoors anyway! By prior arrangement, your pet is also welcome at the photo shoot in our studio. We understand that pets are part of the family, so we make sure they also feel comfortable in front of the lens.
